ServiceMax Field Service Software is the only cloud-based service execution software that increases technician productivity and customer satisfaction. After working as part of the ServiceMax Growth team where we saw results of up to 35% increases in conversion rates on SEM landing pages and Demo squeeze pages, I was charged with creating a new experience on the homepage that would result in not only improved user flow, show-off the software, and facilitate a personalized site experience, but also increase the overall site conversion rate.

After wireframes and initial designs were created, feedback was received, and final design was delivered, the page was A/B tested against the previous homepage, where it not only showed improved user flow to the Product and Feature subpages, Demo squeeze pages, and Client case studies, the new homepage also showed 25% improvement in overall goal conversion rate.
