I led the UX initiative to merge Emerge's previously disconnected Spot Freight Marketplace, Contract Freight RFP Platform, and Freight Management platforms - each with separate logins, interfaces, and data structures - into a single, cohesive experience. Users struggled with fragmented workflows and limited visibility across their freight operations, so my role focused on user research, defining a scalable information architecture, and designing a unified, modern interface that streamlined core tasks.

Using interviews, workflow analysis, and rapid prototyping, I consolidated RFP creation, lane management, and freight oversight into an integrated workspace supported by shared components and consistent patterns. A key innovation was the 'Dynamic Book It Now' feature, which I conceived and prototyped to simplify and accelerate booking decisions across Spot and Contract workflows.

The unified platform delivered significant business impact: 75% of beta users adopted the Dynamic Book It Now feature, driving a 31% increase in single-load bookings and validating the effectiveness of the new streamlined experience. The project modernized the product suite, reduced user friction, and established a flexible foundation for future expansion and cross-product growth.
