As the founding designer at XUP, I was tasked with not only delivering the UX and UI of the XUP product suite, but also tasked with defining the company's design direction. This included the branding, tone, and design language used in a wide facet of the company's operations, including product design, sales, and marketing.

The XUP product suite consisted of multiple verticals of embedded banking, payment facilitation, and merchant management. Each product was designed to scale and handle tens of thousands of clients, and every device size. Further, the XUP product suite was designed specifically to take traditionally messy and inefficient platforms and processes of the banking and payment processing world, and provide easy to use and efficient products that facilitate user sign ups, dashboards and data visualization, easy adoption and training, and streamlined client support.

Ultimately, XUP was purchased by KeyBank in 2021, to become an internal product for KeyBank Merchant Services.
